Pavel Durov
Pavel Durov, 35, is the founder and majority owner of messaging app Telegram Messenger, a free service competing with WhatsApp, which has more than 300 million users worldwide. Durov is often recognized as Russia’s Zuckerberg; he also developed and founded social platform, Vkontakte by the age of 22. Vkontakte (or VK) permanently changed social networking throughout Russia and Eastern Europe, boasting over 200 million users per month.
